Midland Man Still Missing

MissingFullPage2007-06-16-1182048172.jpgThe search continues for a Midland man who was last seen a week ago at Lake Spence in Coke County.

36-year-old Jon Shadden was last seen Saturday morning near his trailer at the Wildcat Recreation Area on Lake Spence. Last Tuesday, the Coke County Sheriff's Department and Volunteer Fire Department conducted a ground search. Divers were called in to search the lake on Wednesday. However, nothing has turned up.

Jon is 5' 8", 170 lbs., has hazel eyes and wears braces on his top teeth. If anyone has seen him, you are urged to call the Coke County Sheriff's office at 325-453-2717.
