Local Drug Bust

Wednesday proved to be a long day for the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office while tracking down a wanted fugitive. Not only did officers apprehend the fugitive, they also seized drugs and cash from the man's car.
According to the Sheriff's Office, 24-year old Courtney Fobb of San Angleo was arrested on Highway 277 near the Goodyear Proving Grounds. This took place after two detectives received word that Fobb was driving in from Sweetwater. Fobb is wanted on a grand jury indictment for the manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. While authorities were searching Fobb's vehicle, detectives seized half a pound of marijuana, cocaine and a large sum of cash.
