Being inducted into a Hall of Fame is special. Right now you have the chance to nominate someone for that special honor as the Bobcat and Lake View Athletic Hall of Fames are accepting nominations for their class of 2014 ceremonies. Committee members strongly encourage you to nominate if you know of someone deserving to be included.

Buddy Peel: "I never will forget Spike Dykes comment that he made at the last induction ceremony, that if people of San Angelo don't understand and appreciate this, there's a real problem."

Dan Baker: "They come and are so appreciative of what you've done for them. It's really fun to see their faces when they get the awards."

Nomination forms can be found on the Hall of Fame respective websites. It's important to know that when nominating someone, please be as thorough as you can with details as to when and what sports the individual participated in. The more details provided the better chance they have to be seriously considered. Nominations will be accepted through the end of March.
