Fred Mueller To Be Re-Tried

A judge in Colorado today approved a re-trial for Wall resident Fred Mueller.
His case is scheduled to be re-tried in Gunnison district court in April. After being held in jail in Colorado for a year -- Mueller was released from the Gunnison jail on bond Saturday following a mistrial in his murder case. He is accused in the death of his wife in Colorado in 2008.
He has pleaded not guilty.
