The Taste of Africa performance troupe, from Tulsa, Oklahoma, performed at Lake View High School. The Taste of Africa performers are professional musicians and dancers dedicated to bring performing arts to families and children throughout the U.S. The efforts of the troupe and the Promises for Family Organization help children with parents incarcerated cope with structured and constructive activities and events such as this.
