A possible e. Coli threat prompted the recall of 40-thousand pounds of ground beef by Tyson fresh meats based in Sherman, Texas. Company representatives say after samples tested showed signs of E. Coli contamination, plant officials recalled the ground beef shipped to Wal-Mart stores in 12 states.
