Mueller Could Be Tried Again

On Saturday -- a Colorado judge declared a mistrial for Fred Mueller.
Later that afternoon Mueller was released. The Gunnison jury that heard his case was not able to reach a unanimous decision.
Mueller had been charged in the death of his wife in Colorado in 2008.
Prosecutors will decide in the next few weeks whether to re-try the case.
