Teenager Hurt After A.T.V. Accident

The accident happened just before noon at the Twin Buttes equalization channel. Tom Green County Deputy Sheriff Ricky Brooks said a 17-year-old male was riding his four wheeler when he hit a jump going at a high rate of speed. He was going too fast causing the A.T.V. to flip forward. The teen was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries. No word on his condition. Brooks said he was not wearing a helmet
