Friday nights game between the San Angelo Colts and the Edinburg Coyotes was the text book definition of a pitchers duel. Through ten innings of baseball neither team was able to generate a run. Then came the eleventh inning. After the first two Colts got on base Jason Crosland knocked his seventh home run of the season giving the Colts a 3-0 lead. The Colts would add one more insurance run before closing the door on the Coyotes in the bottom of the eleventh as they come away with 4-0 victory. Game number two of the series will be Saturday night.
