As we enter the second month of the New Year many may be struggling to stick to their new year's resolution they made only a month ago.

To help get you back on track the sunset mall and Shannon medical center invited the public to the mall to learn how to be a healthier you.

Shannon medical center and twenty four other local and area health vendors and organizations set up to give free health screenings, flu shots, pneumonia shots, fitness demonstrations and of course the chance to win prizes.
