Motion To Discontinue Mueller Case Denied

Defense attorneys presented their first two witnesses today. In the Frederick Mueller trial in Gunnison, Colorado. Mueller is charged in the death of his wife -- and has pleaded not guilty.
The judge today denied a defense motion to discontinue the trial.
