Angelo State University supporters flocked to Rosa's Cafe on Knickerbocker today all in the name of raising funds for scholarships.
The ASU Alumni Association and Rosa's Cafe partnered to raise money for several scholarships that will go to deserving students and all patrons had to do was eat.
Fifteen percent of the net profits from purchases made from 11 this morning until 8 o'clock tonight will go to the scholarships that the ASU Alumni Association will present.
Ginger Chandler, field marketing manager for Rosa's in San Angelo and an ASU alumnus herself, says that helping others is just one way the new location of Rosa's Cafe hopes to become part of the community.
