A phenomena known as yarn-bombing has hit
A number of the fiberglass sheep are sporting yarn scarves around their necks this week.
There doesn't appear to be an official organization or agency that oversees yarn-bombing activities nor does there seem to be an organization that is considered the authority of the movement.
"Using knitted or crocheted yarn to wrap something to create a surface it really began is a street graffiti but instead of chalk or paint or something it's something removable."
