Testimony Begins In Mueller Case

Two prosecution witnesses testified in the Colorado trial of San Angelo resident Fred Mueller today.
Testimony began  this morning after opening arguments. This afternoon -- former county Undersheriff Robert Burden was on the stand testifying about the death of Mueller's wife --  Leslie Mueller -- in Lake City, Colorado in May of 2008. Mueller has pleaded not guilty. Nine men and five women make up the jury of 12 and two alternates. Proceedings will not take place Friday --  testimony resumes on Monday.
