Grand Jury To Hear Case On Midland Truck Driver

Next week - a grand jury is expected to consider the case and decide whether formal charges need to be filed...
Eric Kalenak - a Midland County assistant district attorney says he'll present the facts of the Midland Police Department's investigation to a newly formed grand jury. They'll decide whether charges are warranted.
    Kalenak declined to say whether his office would be recommending an indictment.
     Four veterans were killed on November 15th when the flatbed they were riding on in a "Hunt For Heroes" parade was struck by a union pacific train.
     The NTSB is still conducting their investigation. Two civil lawsuits have been filed against the railroad citing negligence
