San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo Tickets On Sale Soon

It's the beginning of the year - and in San Angelo - that means rodeo is
right around the corner! Tickets go on sale tomorrow - slack will begin
on February fifth - with the first PRCA rodeo performance on the 14th.
At a press conference today - several members of the staff spoke about this year's schedule - and what to expect this 81st year of the San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo. Three new events were announced. We can now look forward to a "Funnel Cake 5k Run" on February ninth. A wine tasting event on February 21st and the addition of a shooting sports component to the livestock show for junior competitors on February 15th. Marketing director Tom Thompson spoke with us about these expansions and the importance of the community to the rodeo and livestock show
