A San Angelo man is charged with a DWI after a collision involving three vehicles.
Police arrived at a call for a multi-vehicle collision overnight on the Houston Harte Expressway -- near the Glenna exit.
Officers say 20-year-old James Bejarano was driving a pickup -- struck a sign and then continued with a blown out tire.
Police say he stopped in the center lane and was reported to have turned off the truck's lights before passing out.
A driver in another vehicle hit the truck -- and a third vehicle also was involved.
The driver of a GMC Yukon and Bejarano went to Shannon Medical Center.
