Area Non-Profits Awarded Grants

Some local non-profits were awarded grant money today - to assist them in becoming more energy efficient.
Representatives from WTU Energy presented checks to Fort Concho - SONRISAS Therapeutic Riding - the Children's Advocacy Center - and Central Texas Opportunities. The money will help them in various energy-efficiency projects - like new insulated glass windows for the fort - and programmable thermostats for the Children's Advocacy Center
