Police Collecting Information On San Angelo Shooting

Police are still collecting information in connection with a shooting in San Angelo today.
Officers responded to a 9-1-1 call on West 16th street a little before lunch time today.
Police say they were told the man who was shot was standing on the porch of a home
In the 600 block of 16th.
They're not releasing his identity -- but say he is about 30-years-old -- and went to Shannon Medical Center for treatment of a gunshot wound. Police have not made any arrests in connection with the case.
