Brandon Daniel To Appear In Court Next Week

The 25-year-old defendant charged with capital murder in the shooting death of a former San Angelo police officer is scheduled to appear in court next week.
Austin resident Brandon Daniel is charged with shooting Austin police officer Jaime Padron in a north Austin Walmart in April.
Daniel and his defense attorneys will be present for the hearing in Austin district court Monday, December tenth. His trial is scheduled for next year.
