A 13-Year-Old San Angelo Teenager Competed In The National Spelling Bee Contest Wednesday In Washington D-C. Katherine Kappelmann Competed With Hundreds Of Other Students For The National Spelling Bee Title. This Is The Second Time Shes Competed At This Level. She Won The San Angelo Christian Home School Association Spelling Contest This Year. Kappelmann Correctly Spelled "Guardian" In One Round Wednesday But Did Not Advance To The Days Final Round.
