Beginning tomorrow -- November first -- more restrictive watering regulations will go into effect in San Angelo.
Outside watering will be limited to once every two weeks. Right now watering is allowed twice a week.
The once every two weeks watering is because of the city's drought contingency ordinance. Tighter restrictions are enacted in the fall and winter months because vegetation needs less water. The once every two weeks watering will continue through March. Drip irrigation is allowed on all days --
