San Angelo city employees attended a health fair at the convention center today for their new required screenings.
Over the past two years -- the city of San Angelo has stopped paying health insurance premiums for the more than 800 city employees -- and also retirees.
Part of the city's plan to reduce health care costs with the self-insured health plan is to require employees to go through a series of health screenings.
