Should San Angelo Stay At Drought Level 3?

Because of the dramatic change in the city of San Angelo's water supply over the weekend -- San Angelo city council members on Friday will consider going back to a less restrictive drought stage level -- which would allow people to water their lawns.
That's been the topic of a lot of conversation the past few days -- about the city's long term water supply.
