At The San Angelo Police Department Headquarters, Police Chief Tim Vasquez Joined Fellow Officers And Goodfellow Air Force Base Personnel In Raising The American And San Angelo Police Flags. Students From Austin Elementary Helped With Todays Flag Ceremony At Police Headquarters.
