CB: Last Year We Saw The Reduction From The Dollar Fifty Down To The Dollar Thirty Three To The Dollar Thirty Seven, Theres A Four Cent Window That Schools Can Have Their Taxes And This Next Year Is Part Two Of That Every School District Reduces From The $1.33 To The $1.37 Down To The $1.00 To $1.04 And That Thirty Cent Decrease Is About The Cost Of Both Of These Propositions.
DW: Bonds Says If The Propositions Fail The District Will Propose Another Plan In November, But That Comes With A Price.
CB :Every Month We Wait When There Is So Much That Needs To Be Done In This District We Lose Part Of A Building Just To Increased Building Costs For Example If The District Went Back With The Exact Same Amount Of Money Maybe Its For Different Things But Lets Just Say For Point Of Discussion $130 Million We Would Get A Half Of An Elementary Less In November Just On Increased Construction Costs.
